Once dispatched, delivery becomes the responsibility of the courier. La Libéré is not liable for:

• Lost, damaged, or stolen parcels after handover

Claims relating to transit issues may be made directly to the courier.

 

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

• Items must be unworn, unused, and with all original tags.

• Returns must be requested within the eligible timeframe.

• Refunds/store credits are issued after inspection.
