Shipping Policy

Lalibere currently ships Australia-wide only.

All orders are processed and dispatched from Australia using Australia Post, with selected Same Day Delivery services available in eligible areas.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • During peak periods, sales or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

All deliveries within Australia are handled by Australia Post, except for Same Day Delivery where a local courier may be used.

Same Day Delivery Cut-Off Time

Orders must be placed by 12:00 PM (AEST) on business days to qualify for Same Day Delivery.


Same Day Delivery – Terms & Conditions

  • Same Day Delivery is available Monday to Friday only, excluding public holidays.
  • Orders must be placed before 12:00 PM (AEST) to qualify.
  • Service is available in selected metropolitan areas of NSW, VIC and QLD only.
  • Same Day Delivery is subject to courier availability and operational conditions.
  • If Same Day Delivery is unavailable after an order is placed, Lalibere will arrange the fastest available alternative delivery method.
  • Same Day Delivery fees are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.
  • Orders placed after the cut-off time will be dispatched the next business day.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be sent via email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.


Delivery Information

  • Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We do not deliver to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers, or Post Office addresses.
  • All delivery addresses must be accessible and available during the estimated delivery timeframe.
  • Lalibere is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided at checkout.
  • If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping fees may apply for re-dispatch.
  • Lalibere is not liable for damage to parcels after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier to the nominated address.


Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel appears delayed or has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at care@lalibere.com and we will assist you as soon as possible.


International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
